Dungeon Defenders delayed again; PC cross-platform play with iOS and Android versions
Dungeon Defenders, the fantasy RPG with some tower defense features, has already been released for iOS devices (iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch) as well as for Android phones and devices by developer Trendy Entertainment. But the PC version, which was supposed to be released this month, has been delayed again.
According to Trendy's Twitter page the new release date for the PC port is for sometime around the end of the first quarter of 2011, "around March/April". Of course if the game's release moves into the April time frame it will actually be out in the second quarter of this year. Also the PC version will come out "shortly after console versions", according to another "tweet". On the plus side, the iOS and Android versions will have "cross-platform online play" with the PC versions, according to a post on the game's official message boards.
