This developer walkthrough presentation for Splinter Cell: Conviction was demonstrated at the 2009 Tokyo Game Show. It covers some of the same ground as previous developer videos, however there are some new features and gadgets involved here. In particular, the video highlight's Sam Fischer's new brand of interrogation, use of sonar goggles and a stickcam that can spot enemies and packs an extra surprise. Splinter Cell: Conviction is expected to release in February 2010.

This developer walkthrough presentation for Assassin's Creed 2 was shown at the 2009 Tokyo Game Show and provides a great deal of insight into the dynamic missions players can look forward to. As demonstrated, players will have a variety of methods at their disposal to dispatch enemies, including using guards' own weapons against them. Players can also upgrade their gear with the banking and economy system. Additionally, new transportation methods are also available (yes, assassins aren't allergic to water anymore), opening new ways to approach a target. What remains unrevealed is whether or not players will still have to sit through long monologues each time they take out a big target. We'll soon find out, since the game is scheduled to release for consoles in November and for the PC in 2010.

This Assassin's Creed 2 trailer shown at the Tokyo Game Show 2009 mixes together cinematic sequences with gameplay footage to show why the main character, Ezio, would put on the assassin's outfit and head out on a quest for revenge. Of course, much of the enjoyment is is taken away by the release date shown at the end, which does not reflect the recent announcement that the game is delayed until 2010.
