Team Fortress 2 dispensers come to life..kind of
If you have played Team Fortress 2 (and if you haven't...really, you should. It's a good time) you are familiar with the in-game dispensers made by the Engineer class. Well an enterprising man with apparently a lot of time on his hands has gone ahead and constructed a full size version of the TF2 dispenser. In case you haven't figured it out yet, that's a picture of the replica on the right. Made by a person known only as "Drastisch" on the Steam message boards, the dispenser stands 1.15 meters tall and contains a 15 inch TFT screen, cup holders for two "emergency" beers (we don't need an emergency to have a beer here). It also is semi-practical in that it has a fire extinguisher and houses his DSL modem and router along with his phone and answering machine.
Drastisch also has posted up some schematics on the real dispenser and a few instructions on how to build one for yourself. We think it would be cool for this thing to hold more than beer but that's just us
