All Star Wars: The Old Republic players will be getting their own personal starships, which act as homes, sanctuaries, and bases of operation. But what fun is having a spacecraft if you can't take it into combat? The Old Republic fills that demand by providing space combat sequences, where players can shoot their way through waves of enemies while dodging obstacles. The only downside is that it will be a rail shooter, similar to the old Rebel Assault games, instead of open world flight.

StarWraith 3D Games released a new demo for the freeform space action game, Evochron Renegades. Players can choose to fight, trade, or take part in a variety of different activities to make a living in deep space. This version is required for multiplayer compatibility. The client will automatically update older versions of the game. The full version of the game can be purchased through the demo or at the official website.

This is the demo for Dark Horizon, a space combat action shooter similar to the classic Wing Commander games. The demo includes six missions that will get players familiar with the first two acts of the story. The full game has, 22 challenging missions, special features such as full ship customization, original weapon creation, joystick support, and several modes of combat.
