Alien Hallway announced and released

Sigma Team, the PC game developers best known for their Alien Shooter and Zombie Shooter budget-priced games, have just released an all new game title called Alien Hallway. This top down (and to the side a bit) game blends action and shooting with some strategy elements.

The game has you controlling human units on missions to several planets to defeat some classic green men-style aliens who are trying to invade. Your units can be upgraded in terms of weapons and items and the aliens themselves come in several different types. You can also call in air strikes on the swarming little buggers if you want. Alien Hallway can be downloaded and purchased from the Sigma Team web site for just $9.99. You can check out a gameplay trailer from the title after the jump:

GoG.com adds Alien Shooter and Moto Racer 2 to game line-up

GoG.com has two more additions for its DRM-free PC game download library. One is Alien Shooter, the 2003 released top down sci-fi shooter from developer Sigma Team. GoG.com has the original game and its two expansions, The Experiment and Fight For Life, plus the game's soundtrack, on sale in a bundle for just $5.99.

Also added to GoG.com is Moto Racer 2, the 1998 release game in the motorcycle racing game series from developer Nobilis for just $5.99. GoG.com has also launched a holiday carol contest where people are being asked to create their own holiday-themed song. The grand prize winner will get 10 free GoG.com games of his or her choice along with other prizes. Finally GoG.com has dropped the price of the original Serious Sam: The First Encounter permanently down to $5.99.

Download: Zombie Shooter 2 Demo

Last year, Sigma Team (developer of both Alien Shooter and Zombie Shooter) released an early teaser demo for Zombie Shooter 2. Now comes the real thing, so get ready for the big zombie invasion. This action packed (and spatter packed) game is very simple: fend off waves of undead using an arsenal of high powered weapons. Players can also modify their character traits in this updated demo, and it's much deeper overall compared to the original teaser. The full version can be purchased through the demo and system requirements are shown after the jump.

"Zombie Shooter 2 is a unique blend of two game genres - Action and RPG. Every player can choose a character to the liking, get experience to develop skills, earn money and spend it at weapons, medications and useful devices. All of this will be used against thousands of enemies. The zombies fill the game screen, never letting you rest, even for a minute."

Zombie Shooter 2 wants you to shoot, er, buy it

Sigma Team is a development studio that flies under the radar most of the time but their simple-but-fun PC games have a dedicated following. Their Alien Shooter and Zombie Shooter series mix action and RPG elements in an old-fashioned top-down isometric enviroment.

Now Sigma Team has released their latest full game. It's the long awaited Zombie Shooter 2 which had a demo released nearly a year ago (and yes you can download it right here at Big Download). Just in time for Halloween, the sequel has over 60 weapons, a way to upgrade your player character abilities and most importantly lots of zombies on screen ready to eat your flesh. The full version costs $19.99.
