The action role-playing game Mount & Blade: Warband recently released its v1.11 update, and with it, a new demo and dedicated server software. The patch updates the game from v1.1 to v1.11 and has a number of game enhancements, including the ability to set the difficulty of the AI in the campaign. There are also a number bug fixes. Full patch notes are shown after the jump along with system requirements for the demo.

This is the playable demo for King Arthur - The Role-playing Wargame. It includes a tutorial and a section from the main campaign. The full game is available for purchase from online retailers like Steam, Impulse and GamersGate. System requirements are shown after the jump.

Trailer shows off the graphics and gameplay of Gothic 3: Forsaken Gods, the upcoming expansion to Gothic 3 role-playing game.

This presentation was shown at PAX 2008, showing off the many features found in the Dragon Age: Origins Toolset. The video is a little bit heady, but provides a wealth of information for modders and campaign builders to tell the stories they want. Dragon Age: Origins is currently expected to release early 2009.

This cinematic video uses in-game graphics to introduce Atalanta, the huntress. It shows off her high agility while explaining some of her back story and why she eventually joins Jason on the Argo. Rise of the Argonauts is an action role playing game that lets players assume the role of Jason as he travels with his crew of Argonauts. The game is currently scheduled to release fall of 2008.

This video illustrates how combat will be handled in Dragon Age: Origins. From the looks of things, combat sticks very close to the Baldur's Gate roots but with some very nice streamlining.

One of the most gorgeous upcoming MMO's, Aion, showed off its stuff at PAX 2008, and Big Download has the two videos shown there ready for download. The Classes trailer demonstrates the different classes and their abilities, while the Territories video takes viewers on tour of the lands following a winged, flying, character. Both videos are beautiful and show off what AION has to offer.

The developers at Bethesda generously released five narrated gameplay videos explaining the ins and outs of everything you need to know about Fallout 3. It's all here, story, environments, combat system and enemies. These videos should supply fans with everything they need to prepare for the future.

This trailer gives first looks at Storm of Zehir, the next expansion to hit Neverwinter Nights 2. Storm of Zehir will expand the RPG on numerous levels, including large scale battles, full party customization, and non-linear gameplay wrapped into about 15 hours worth of new content.
