WWI air sim Rise of Flight released in US

It's a rare thing nowadays to get a new PC flight simulator title. US publisher CompuExpert has solved that problem with the announcement this week of the US launch of Rise of Flight, a WWI air combat sim title from Russian developers neoqb (yep, that's their name).

The dev team created 125,000 square kilometers in the game from old 20th century maps of the areas depicted. Missions included in the game are "fighter sweeps, bomber escort, bomber interception, balloon attack and ground attack." There's also a editor included for players to create their own mission. Online multiplayer is also a part of Rise of Flight and additional content for the game is promised in the coming months.
