Yesterday we spotted a mention of a PC version of Atari's upcoming PC version of Project Runway, the Sims-like game based on the popular reality TV show. Today we can report that Atari has confirmed to us that the PC versions of the game is indeed coming from the publisher. According to what a PR rep told us today, a digital download version of the game is coming on March 2 and a PC retail box version will ship to stores on March 9.

Developed by Tornado Studios, the game itself will let player let loose of their inner fashion designer. Hopefully this game will make it work well instead of being the typical TV-to-game translation.

Will PC gamers get a chance to "make it work?" If Atari's new financial news release is to believed, the answer is, "Yes." The new press release states that the publisher's previously Wii exclusive game based on the reality TV series Project Runway will be coming to the PC platform as well.

The Wii port was announced back in October and is being developed by Tornado Studios for release on March 2. Based on a previously released trailer, it looks like the game will be very Sims-like in both art and game design with players creating fashions and having them judges by virtual versions of the TV show's cast.
