After basically taking a Christmas break for the last two weeks (with a big holiday game sale in between) the DRM-free PC gaming web site GoG.com is back and adding more classic PC game titles to its ever growing library. Today the site has added Moto Racing 3, the third and final game in the motorcycle racing sim series.

This is actually the Gold Edition of the game developed by Delphine Software and published by Nobilis back in 2002. The Gold version of the game has improved graphics, more tracks, new motorcycles and other "crazy bonus vehicles" compared to the original version. You can get the game now from GoG.com for $9.99.

Steam is offering a 25% discount on the physics platform/puzzle game Trine for one week, bringing its normal price of $29.99 to $22.99. Sale ends on August 19th. To mark the occasion, there's a new gameplay trailer available that shows off the spectacular physics based platforming and puzzle solving that players can pull off. The Trine demo can be downloaded here.

Earlier this year word got out about Trine, an upcoming downloadable platform-puzzle action game from developer Frozenbyte and publisher Nobilis. This past week the game's official web site got a revamp with some more info and some new screenshots from the title.

The screenshots show off some of the terrific looking (and very colorful) graphics in this fantasy-themed game. Trine will let the player control magical powers to solve puzzles. many of which will have some physics-based solutions. The game, which will also be made available to download for the Playstation 3 console in addition to the PC, does not yet have a specific release date.

Trine is an upcoming fantasy platforming action game that focuses on physics-based puzzles. Different character types adventure through gorgeous environments to solve puzzles and defeat enemies. Some puzzles can be turned and used against foes. Trine is expected to release in 2009 for the PC and PlayStation Network.
