Currently in development by Neowiz Games, Battlefield Online will be a multiplayer shooter based on Battlefield 2. When completed, the game will feature multinational factions and up to 64 people will be able to jump into matches and use a variety of different weapons and vehicles. Battlefield Online is currently in development for the Asian market (specifically South Korea), but who knows? If it turns out to be successful, maybe we'll see it make its way to the West.

Funcom has already launched its fantasy MMO Age of Conan in North America and Europe and a Russian version has been announced for release by the end of the year. Now the developer is teaming up with a Korean publisher to translate and publish a version of the game in one of the biggest markets for MMO titles.

Funcom announced today that it is partnering with Korean based Neowiz Games for its Age of Conan launch, which will be fully localized for the Korean game audience. The version will contain both the full game and all of the updates that have been released for the US and European versions. A release date for the Korean Age of Conan launch has not yet been announced.
