During today's Paradox Convention press event, publisher Paradox Interactive announced plans for yet another stand alone expansion pack to the popular RPG series Mount and Blade. Titled With Fire & Sword, the game is once again being developer by Taleworlds.

Due out sometime in the first quarter of 2011, With Fire & Sword will add new elements to the game franchise such as firearms (muskets and pistols) and the new Captain multiplayer mode which will let up to 16 players control a squad of soldiers. Look for seven new multiplayer maps, new castle siege features and multiple endings for the game's single player mode in this new game.

With DC Universe Online being pushed back to early 2011, it looks like this fall's PC game lineup is looking a bit sparse than in previous years. On the other hand the first quarter of 2011 is looking like it will have plenty of new PC game titles.

• New Steam bug patches have been released for Puzzle Quest 2, Mount and Blade Warband, Puzzle Dimension, Galcon Fusion and Worms Reloaded.
• The Steam client also got a bug fix update.
• You can also pre-purchase the upcoming PC port of Lost Planet 2 via Steam and save 10 percent. off its normal price.
• Former Glu Mobile CEO Greg Ballard is now the new head of Warner Bros. Interactive's new senior vice-president of digital games.
• Disney Interactive now has two presidents, John Pleasants and Jimmy Pitaro.

Fans of the cult hit RPG Mount and Blade Warband have some extra content to download today. Today Paradox Interactive announced that the stand alone expansion to developer Taleworlds' game is out. It contains, among other things, three new multiplayer maps, 70 new achiements and more. You can check out the new content via the trailer above this post.

In addition to the new DLC expansion, the game itself is now on sale via Steam from now until Monday for just $10.20, a 66 percent cut from its normal price. In addition the original Mount and Blade game is also on sale this weekend on Steam for just $7.50 which represents a 75 percent price cut.

Developer TaleWorlds has released the latest patch for their RPG expansion pack Mount and Blade Warband. The patch updates the game from to v1.127 and has a number of new game features. One of them is the addition of a Duel multiplayer mode where players can fight in 1v1 battles.

There's also a new server setting that disallows the use of ranged weapons in a multiplayer server. Also two new horse armors have been added for Steppe and Sarranid factions. There are also a number of bug fixes for the game. You can check out the full patch notes after the jump:

While other games on Steam's top 10 weekly sales list shift positions, one game has remained on top of the list for the past several weeks. This past week is no exception as Digital Illusions' first person shooter Battlefield Bad Company 2 stays at the number one spot.

Borderlands comes in at the number two spot this week, followed by Modern Warfare 2 in the number three position. The indie RPG expansion pack Mount and Blade: Warband continues to do well settling in at the number four spot. The full list of top 10 games on Steam, based on revenue, is below:

The dominance of Battlefield Bad Company 2 continues on Steam's top 10 weekly PC game sales list. Digital Illusions' first person shooter has been on top of Steam's sales list for the past several weeks. In the number two position is TaleWorlds' RPG expansion Mount and Blade: Warband.

Avalanche Studios' open world action game Just Cause 2 steps up to the number three spot while Modern Warfare 2 is at number four on the list. The shooter game has been in the top 10 every week since its launch last November. The full top 10 list is below:
