Crysis 2 action figures in stores now
This week's Toy Fair event in New York City showed us that game-based action figures are alive and well. Now a company called Unimax have announced plans to launch a game-based action figure line called Gamestars. Figures.com reports that the first game to be adapted into the 1/8 scale action figures is none other than Crysis 2. Indeed the first set of figures from Crytek's upcoming first person shooter should be in stores right now.
The Gamestar line has some plans to release even more game-related action figure sets in 2011. While they were not on display at Toy Fair this week the company announced that figures based on Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Red Faction Armageddon and Ghost Recon Future Soldier are all in the works.
