While
Paradox Interactive will be releasing a straight expansion pack for their strategy game
Europa Universalis III this year, they will also be releasing another game that's kind of a spin-off to the series. This week they announced
For The Glory: A Europa Universalis II Game. Yes, it's based on the previous game in the series but is apparently a stand alone title rather than an expansion pack.
Based in part on the user created mod AGCEEP, the game will let players pick and take control of one of 180 countries in a time span between 1419 and 1819. The game lets you participate in an world with over 10,000 different but real historical events. The game is due for release in November.
