Dragon Age: Origins collector's editon to include Mass Effect 2 bonus
BioWare is assuming if you like one game they have made, you might just be interested in another title they are making. We are assuming that's the theory behind one of the special items in the Dragon Age: Origins collector's edition. The fantasy RPG, due out on October 20, will be priced at $69.99 for the special version and among other things will include a way to unlock an exclusive in-game item in another upcoming BioWare title, the sci-fi RPG Mass Effect 2.
The Collector's Edition will come in a tin casing and besides the game will have a special behind-the-scenes DVD (with wallpaper, the game's soundtrack, trailers, concept art videos and more). It will also have a cloth map of the game's fictional world. You can also expect three exclusive in-game items (Bergens Honor, Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes and Final Reason) and an exclusive unlockable bonus quest, The Stone Prisoner, that also contains a new playable character. That's quite a lot for an extra $20.
