Direct2Drive's end of summer sales event keeps on keeping on with its daily price cuts. Today, the PC game download site puts two more titles on the price chopping block. These sales will end at 3 pm Eastern time on Sunday.

One is the recently released puzzle-RPG sequel from developer Infinite Interactive, Puzzle Quest 2. It's price has been cut by $5 to $14.95. The other game on sale is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. You can get the 2009 first person shooter from developer Infinity Ward for "just" $49.95, a $10 discount from its normal price.

As predicted, the Direct2Drive web site has launched its second week of PC game sales with quite a number of titles involved. From now until next Monday, over 20 game titles have had their prices slashed by at least 50 percent and in some cases over 80 percent.

Just some of the games on sale this week include Grand Theft Auto IV for just $7.50, Manhunt 2 for $4.95, East India Company for a mere $4.95, and Men of War for just $2.50. Some indie games are also on sale including The Path and Eufloria, which are priced at $4.95 each.

PC game download site Direct2Drive is giving folks a chance to buy over 20 games at rock bottom prices this week as it launches its first annual Spring Sale. For each week over the next four weeks Direct2Drive will over a large selection of their games that will stay on sale for the entire week. The price cuts will be at least 50 percent with some games getting over 80 percent off their usual prices.

For this first week of the sale, Direct2Drive has an Atari games bundle for $74.95. The bundle has 13 games in the bundle that if prices normally and seperately would cost $268.35. The games in the bundle include The Witcher, Champions Online, ArmA and others. Other games on sale this week include Dark Void for $14.95, Dirt 2 for $9.95 and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky for a mere $4.95.
