The mygameIQ client allows gamers to download, install and run games without having to manage multiple shortcuts. It is also Big Download's official download management client so users have an alternate means of getting select demos and free-to-play game clients. A full list of games that can be downloaded via mygameIQ can be found on the official website.

Atlus Online announced today that its free-to-play steampunk themed MMO game, Neo Steam: The Shattered Continent, officially entered open beta. When the open beta period ends, one lucky participant will receive a special prize: A real-life pair of handmade steampunk inspired goggles. The fantasy-themed MMO The Chronicles of Spellborn started closed beta in the US yesterday. Although the first batch of beta-testers is limited to 200-500 people, 1,000 new people will be admitted every twelve hours starting today (March 14th). It is unknown at this time whether or not players will retain their characters when the game moves into open beta. The final release of The Chronicles of Spellborn will include free-to-play zones, with areas and content available only to those that purchase premium subscriptions. G4Box has released the latest version of its online mulitplayer shooter, Cross Fire, which is currently in open beta. Visit the official website for more information and to register for an account.

This client for the Call of Duty: World at War PC Multiplayer Beta requires a key to install. Go to www.callofduty.com/beta to register for an account. Players will have access to three maps (Castle, Makin and Roundhouse) and all the game modes, which will have a level cap of 40. The World War II action shooter is currently scheduled for release this November.
