GoG.com brings out their regular weekend bundle deal for their DRM-free PC game site today. This weekend the deal is to get three game in the Simon the Sorcerer series of adventure titles from developer/publisher Adventure Soft.

The bundle includes Simon the Sorcerer, Simon the Sorcerer 2 and Simon the Sorcerer 3D for a total of $14.97. If you already own one of the games you can get the other two for a $2 discount and if you own two of the games you can get the final one for a $1 discount (Sorry, you can't get any discount if you have one of the games and just get one of the other two; you have to complete the set).

GoG.com continues to add classic games to their DRM-free download service and today they have added two more titles to their line-up, with a third coming soon. The CD Projekt -run site has cut a deal with UK based Firefly Studios to offer up the first two games in their Stronghold series to the service.

The first game, Stronghold, is now available to purchase and download for $5.99, offering players a chance to run a medivel castle and protect it from raids. The download includes a free soundtrack and a free mini-game. Another game in the series, Stonghold Crusader, will be added later for $9.99. Also added on GoG.com today is Waxworks. The horror adventure game from Adventure Soft is now available to download for $5.99.

Today brings yet another publisher added to the growing list of companies offering their games via GoG.com's DRM-free game download service. Point-and-click adventure game game company Adventure Soft will offer a number of their titles via GoG.com. The first title is already available: Simon the Sorcerer can now be purchased and download for just $5.99. The game's sequel and other Adventure Soft titles will be added in the weeks ahead.

In a separate release, GoG.com has also added the Ascaron Entertainment-developed game Port Royale 2 to its line-up. You can download and play the historical strategy-sim game right now for $9.99. And yes it's also DRM-free.
