GoG.com is in the middle of adding new game from their latest publishing partner Activision. Today the DRM-free web site has added another Activision-owned game that came from their merger with Vivendi Games. It's Caesar III, the 1999 released historical city simulation from the now defunct Impressions Games.

Players will be able to create and expand their own version of ancient Rome in the game. Starting out as a mere provisional governor you can gain more power via trade, military might or more. The ultimate goal is of course to take over the entire Roman Empire. Caesar III is now available, with free wallpaper, avatars and reference card, for just $5.99
