Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis

Remember when Indiana Jones was actually cool, before that awful fourth movie last year? We do and one of the reasons is the 1992 released adventure game Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis.

Like most of LucasArts' adventure titles, it used the SCUMM engine and allowed the player to pick between one of three different paths to complete part of the game. The result was a game that gave adventure fans a ton to do and a lot of replay value.

Indiana Jones never returned to the adventure format as LucasArts decided to make third person action games with the character in future titles. However The Fate of Atlantis is still regarded as one of the best adventure games to come out.
