The TechCrunch 50 conference in early September had a lot of interesting tech-related reveals. The biggest that was game related game from Spawn Labs who introduced their set-up box that they claim will allow gamers to play console games remotely from any Internet-connected PC.
The $199 set top box supports Xbox 360, PS3, PS3 and GameCube (no Wii support, oddly enough) and if it works as advertised will allow PC games to play games that have never been released to our platform before. While the box is on sale now it has yet to ship so we still don't yet know if it will work as advertised. 04/10/09
