Blizzard's hit MMO World of Warcraft was released natively for the Mac alongside the PC version way back in 2004. Now a more recent rival to that game, Warhammer Online, is preping its own Mac version for official release later this year.
The Mythic Entertainment adaptation of the Games Workshop tabletop war game will allow Mac players to play on the same servers as their PC counterparts. A Mac beta for the game is already available to download for both new users (with a 10 day limit) and current subscribers (with no limit). 03/08/09
