SimCity 2000 was an extension of the concepts presented in SimCity, which focused around urban development and management. Faced with either a blank slate or a city in dire need of renewal, the player must somehow establish all the conveniences of the modern city while increasing the population and revenue from taxes. It's a daunting task, but thankfully, SimCity 2000 makes it significantly more fun than real life. 08/06/09
