Outlaws was one of the first immersive Western games. We don't mean games produced in the West, but rather games set in the Wild West. Sure, there were plenty of arcade and old-school titles that had a western coat of paint. Outlaws, however, really captured the feel of the danger of living where law is meted out by a revolver rather than by a court. This set it apart from just about every other game of the time, and this is also why it received such a strong cult following. 29/03/10
