Talking about the many, many delays about this long awaited follow up to their excellent first person shooter Duke Nukem 3D would be a massive feature article all by itself. The very short version is that since this game was first announced over 11 years ago 3D Realms seems to have found every way to keep this game from being released. Engine changes, defections from the dev team and more have happened since the announcement and even though 3D Realms released a teaser trailer back in December 2007 it seems like we are no closer to a release date than we were when the title was first revealed.

Prospects for release: Basically we will believe it when Duke Nukem Forever is on store shelves and we can install it in our PC hard drive. 3D Realms has teased us for far too long; it's time to actually prove they have their act together and finish the game...and not in five more years but within a year from now. 29/09/08
