Bungie Returns to PC/Mac Development

Utilizing its new independence from Microsoft overlords, Bungie may return to development on the Mac and PC platforms while also developing for console.

Strong supporters of PC and Mac game releases until they were purchased in 2000 by Microsoft, Bungie would have more control over their content and property if released on the open computer formats. Currently teasing a new title, Bungie could reveal it as a multiformat project.

However keep in mind that the complete details of the publishing agreement with Microsoft has yet to be revealed even though some Bungie reps have never detailed the new studio as exclusive to the Xbox.
