Does World of Goo really need any introduction? It's the darling of our hearts, and hating it in the indie scene is roughly comparable to telling a mainstream gamer that Portal was complete garbage. Excellently-paced gameplay, a charming-yet-subversive story and art style, and superb humor and design push this above and beyond almost any game out there.
