Financially troubled publisher Midway is in a bit of a money fix at the moment. The company has already cut a ton of team members and canceled a number of unannounced games. However that may not be enough to keep Midway afloat. Taking a cue from Atari, Midway will likely sell off some of their properties in 2009. They will keep their Mortal Kombat property but other less successful IP like Area 51 could be up for sale in 2009. 29/12/08
