Gears of War 2 (Xbox 360)
Why it would make a good PC game: That's almost a "duh" question. It comes from Epic Games, which cut their teeth on the Unreal series of PC games before the Gears franchise became their number one concern. Gears of War 2 has gotten great reviews for its improvements over the original. And hey, there's still the chainsaw on the gun.
Prospects for a PC port: Unlikely. Epic Games reps have already said they have no plans to port Gears of War 2 to the PC. They did make that move with the original Gears title but poor sales of the PC port may make publisher Microsoft wary of any such move for the sequel.

who would want gears 2 on PC? Its already a glitchfest on consoles!

I just don't think duck&cover mechanics would feel very natural to the PC. I have seen Gears1 on PC, and it looks..clunky, at best. As cool as the game looks from afar, PC FPS does much better when people manually go for the cover, not using this excuse of an innovation.
