As promised, the seventh map pack for Battlefield Bad Company 2 has been released, adding four new free multiplayer maps (Oasis, Harvest Day, Heavy Metal and Cold War) to the hit first person shooter from developer Digital Illusions and publisher Electronic Arts. This comes on the heels of a massive patch that is required for PC owners to download and install before getting the map pack.

In related news, PC owners can now finally access the SPECACT update for the game. This paid DLC package was released for consoles several months ago and add some new uniform choices along with some camouflaged weapons. You can purchase the pack via the EA Store for $5.50.
