hi.
i've heard all about this patch thats out for fallout nv but can't find it .
would appreciate some help on finding it.

I got an auto update from steam yesterday (03/11/10) for Fallout:New Vegas and after it finished downloading my hole computer crashed with the screen going blurry and the sound repeating 1 second of sound over and over. I thought it was just a computer crash but thought it strange as i have had the computer for a year now and have had no problems + its a Dell XPS 730i that cost me over £2000. Anyways after i restarted the computer my start up page was blurred and its just went to a black screen with white lines going through it! i spent 2 hours trying to sort it out and in the end decided to reboot my computer entirely. After i had done this and updated the drivers i tryed looking on the internet for reasons why it would have done this but found no answers! I then started to install fallout: new vegas again it worked fine untill steam auto downloaded the update released (03/11/10) and then the same thing happened. I have just uninstalled steam and fallout new vegas and everything seems to be running normaly again! I am having problems, since the update.
Most of the time my computer locks up just after the game has started.
The screen is covered in small green squares and needs to be switched off. After a reboot it may happen again, or the game will work fine.
I have updated my graphics card drivers (radeon 4870x2), with on change to the problem.
I think the problem is with steam.
