Beyond Good & Evil was a sleeper hit that, at this point, is looking pretty dated. Released in 2003 for all major platforms of the time, it has low-resolution textures and blocky models galore. Ubisoft is revamping this classic for an HD release sometime in 2011, with reworked textures, characters, environments, music, and 1080p resolution. This is alongside continued development of Beyond Good & Evil 2 (pictured above), which is still mostly hidden from the public eye.
Unfortunately, PC release is a speculation at this point, as the game is currently only announced for PS3 and Xbox 360. We would not be surprised if a PC version is announced closer to release date, however, as there are plenty of great downloadable platforms for the game to appear on.
