Deep Black announced

While we have seen shooters on land and even in zero-g space, there hasn't been much done with the genre in terms of underwater action. Russian developer Biart hopes to change that with Deep Black, a sci-fi third person shooter that's being prepped for release sometime in 2011 by new Germany-based publisher Just A Game.

As you can see from the screenshot above, the game will have high-tech gun battles under the sea (there will also be some land battles as well) as your character has to deal with "ruthless bioterrorists who are planning and carrying out their activities from the ocean floor." The game promises that the underwater visual effects will include things like "undulation, water distortion and dynamic light play."
