In just a few more weeks an RTS game that has been long in development and suffered through some delays will finally be released. No it's not StarCraft II; that game is finally out. We are talking about R.U.S.E., the WWII themed game of deception and trickery.
The game from developer Eugen Systems and publisher Ubisoft will finally be released for the PC and other platforms on September 7 in the US, according to a "tweet" from Ubisoft community manager Aymeric Evennou. The game will be released in Europe on September 9. While the game has had a couple of beta and "free preview" events on Steam there's no word if an actual demo for R.U.S.E will be released.

From what I understand, this has Ubisoft's always-on DRM attached to it. More time for Starcraft/LoL/EVE, I suppose.Posted at 11:19AM on Jul 28th 2010 by Kevin
