R.U.S.E. gets free preview weekend on Steam starting July 15

Recently the development team for Ubisoft's upcoming WWII RTS game R.U.S.E. hinted that something was coming via Steam on July 15. Today it was revealed that Steam owners will be able to play a preview build of the game for free starting at 2 pm Eastern time on July 15 and running through this weekend. Folks can go ahead and pre-load the preview build on Steam now.

This preview build of R.U.S.E will be different than the open beta version that was offered earlier this year with a "sizeable" amount of the game's multiplayer mode available with new maps, all six factions and support for up to 8 players. The preview build will also let players try to defeat the game with medium and hard AI settings. R.U.S.E is still scheduled to officially launch in September.
