Red Faction Guerrilla was one of our favorite games from 2009. While the games preceding it were alright, Guerrilla blew us away with the scope of the destruction you could perform. Every building - and we do mean every building - was destructible, and the open world made for an even more compelling gameplay experience. It's the best of the Red Faction games, and now Volition wants to return to their wildly original franchise and give it another entry. Titled Red Faction Armageddon, it's easily shaping up to be one of our most anticipated upcoming games. Still, when the excitement for a new game crescendos, it's time to deconstruct it. We may be thrilled, but we like to think we are still in control of our own exhilaration.
