Countdown to E3 2010: The Other PC Games We Want To See

In just five days the exhibit halls will open and E3 2010 will officially begin. Big Download has been going over what PC games we want to see at the show in terms of first person shooters, action games and RPG-MMO titles. Now we conclude our preview with a look at the strategy, driving and other games we most want to check out on the E3 show floor.

Once again we have to point out that perhaps the biggest PC game release of 2010, Blizzard's StarCraft II, won't be on the show floor. However there are plenty of other major PC games that will be there next week.

Strategy-RTS games
Civilization V
- Developer Firaxis Games and publisher 2K Games will show off their latest entry in the long running turn-based strategy series to E3 attendees.
Kings and Castles - Developer Gas Powered Games is scheduled to show off their next RTS project to the public for the first time at E3.
R.U.S.E. - Ubisoft's sneaky WWII RTS game, filled with dummy units and structures, gets a second showing at E3 this year.
End of Nations - Petroglyph's attempt at making a MMO RTS game with publisher Trion Worlds will finally be show at E3 this year.

Driving games
Test Drive Unlimited 2 - Publisher Atari and developer Eden Games hopes their open world driving game has a good showing at E3 this week.
Need For Speed World - EA's latest attempt to make a driving MMO (remember Motor City Online?) will be shown at E3 just a month or so before it launches.
Criterion's Need For Speed Game - The development team behind the Burnout franchise are reportedly ready to show what they can do with EA's racing game franchise

Adventure Games
Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge -- Special Edition - Developer/publisher LucasArts is working on it second revamp of one of their classic adventure games and we will get to see it at E3
Gray Matter - Publisher dtp Entertainment should show this long-in-development adventure game from Gabriel Knight creator Jane Jensen at E3
