Capcom's financial numbers for their last full fiscal year (which ended on March 31) took a hit due in part to what the publisher said was "weak sales of some new titles". They specificly pointed to the release of 2009's Bionic Commando and this year's Dark Void, stating both titles "underperformed their sales and remained weak."
Overall Capcom's revenues for the full fiscal year went down 23 percent compared to the year before, while profits plunged 73.1 percent from the same period a year ago. However Capcom expects a rebound in their numbers in the current fiscal year with titles like Lost Planet 2 (coming to the PC this fall) and Dead Rising 2 (due out in August).
