StarCraft II gets July 27 worldwide release date
Blizzard also repeated their pledge to offer the game via digital download on their Battle.net system. However that will happen sometime after the July 27 retail release. The game will come in a standard $60 and a $100 Collector's Edition with lots of extras.

I don't have a problem with paying a premium for a game provided it is actually going to give you the value it promises. If the first SC was any indication of what to expect, this game is going to last people for years.
Far more value than say, paying $15/month for WoW.
