This playable demo for The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom includes a tutorial video and a playable map called River Town. The map can be played in single player against an AI opponent, in multiplayer, or in Sandbox mode for unrestricted building without opponents. The demo supports all languages, but the save feature is disabled.

Demo won't install is a .rar file that contains two .cab files. The .rar will not uncompress without an error. I have downloaded this demo from two different sites, same issue. On top of that the one cab file that I did get unzipped, won't open because it says it is of the wrong format. WTF?Posted at 3:03PM on Mar 21st 2010 by Jeff

I noticed that if I used 7-Zip 64Bit 4.65 I would get CRC errors during the install, but switching up to use WinRAR to extract it installed fine. However, I experienced my first blue screen ever in Win7 after about 30 minutes of play.Posted at 6:13AM on Mar 26th 2010 by Traciatim
