GoG.com heads to Another World

The DRM-free web site GoG.com is known for getting truly old-school PC games and letting them be played by a all new generation of PC fans with modern PC operating systems. That's certainly the case today with today's newest entry into the GoG.com library. It's Another World, the adventure game that was first released back in 1991.

The game from developer Eric Chahi puts the player in the role of a character who has been thrown into "another world" via a nuclear accident and must deal with the many different threats and puzzles. This version of the game, released in 2006, has the original graphics plus a version with higher resolution visuals. It also comes with a making-of video, the game's soundtrack and more. You can download it from GoG.com now for $9.99.
