Not only are there minimal and recommended system specs listed but there is also an optimal system requirement for people who want the full DirectX 11 experience. As you can see those system specs include Nvidia's currently unavailable GeForce GTX 480 and 470 graphics cards as examples of a DirectX 11 product. Those cards are suppose to be released later in March. There are also system specs for people who want to see the game using Nvidia's 3D Vision technology.
