As we inch closer and closer for StarCraft II's official launch, Blizzard has finally sent over word that the multiplayer beta test for the long awaited RTS game has finally begun. If you are one of the lucky thousands who got in the first way, the official beta system specs (the real ones this time) for the long awaited RTS sequel have been posted. Keep in mind these are for the beta only; the requirements for the full version of the game might be different when it ships (hopefully in "mid-2010"). Also keep in mind that traffic is very high on Battle.net at the moment so if you got the invite you might have to wait to download the 1.6 gig client.
