The Creative Assembly should be putting the finishing touches on their next big RTS game Napoleon Total War and today the developer revealed their plans for the multiplayer portion of the game. One of the new options is Drop-In Battles which will allow players to have their single player campaign opponents be controlled by an online opponent.
Indeed all three single player campaigns in Napoleon: Total War will be enabled for multiplayer out of the box. This is in contrast to 2009's Empire: Total War where the online campaign modes were put in months later. The final game will be released on February 23.
