Sega already has Napoleon: Total War planned for a PC release in February but it looks like a game that was originally supposed to be a console exclusive will be making its way to the PC as well. Sonic and Sega All-Stars Racing, the catoony-style racing game that was announced a while ago, will apparently only be available for the PC via download (no retail version).
The game features the Sega mascot competing against other characters from both the Sonic cast as well as other characters from Sega games like Billy Hatcher, Ulala and more. Sumo Digital is developing the game which will be released on February 23.
