Ubisoft's latest financial report revealed some of the publisher's plans for their next fiscal year that begins on April 1. Some of the games have been mentioned before like the new Ghost Recon title and the new Prince of Persia game but the company also revealed its plan to release a new game in their hit Assassin's Creed series during that time frame.
Assassin's Creed 2 was released for the Xbox 360 and PS3 last November (the PC port is due later in 2010) and is expected to sell a total of 9 million copies by the end of March 2010. This new Assassin's Creed game doesn't have any platforms yet but Ubisoft did say the new game would be the first in the series that will have an online multiplayer gameplay mode.

The idea of a AC online sounds fun, depending on how it is implemented. It can't really have a death match setting, it's have to be more like kill X first, sort of like GTA: IV.Posted at 4:20PM on Jan 13th 2010 by Vault Boy
