Indie game VVVVVV released

If you like mimimalist 2D platform games made by a one man team with a twist today's your lucky day. Indie game develper Terry Cavanagh has released the full version of his newest title VVVVVV for both Windows and Mac. The game, which has the player controlling a character through a Mario-like platformer, is Cavanagh's first commercial title after releasing a number of freeware PC game titles

You can buy both the Windows and Mac versions of the game on his web site for $15 each (a Linux version is planned as well but there's no word on when that will be released). You can also download free demos for the game (again in Windows and Mac versions) on the game' web site or play a version of VVVVVV in a browser.
