Electronic Arts has already announced a mid-March 2010 release date for Command and Conquer 4, their latest game in the long running RTS game franchise. But they have already hinted that they intend to take the series into a new direction, possibly as an online-only game.

But it looks like there's "something" coming that will be related to the C&C franchise that will be fully revealed sometime in early 2010. Subscribers to the game's online newsletter got to see a teaser image which shows a comic book-like illustration of London being consumed by Tiberium. All the newsletter is saying is that the image teases "a new medium never created for the C&C franchise before, until now." Hmmm.
