It's an online MMO with trapping of Tribes, Unreal Tournament 3 and Guild Wars. Today Eurogamer is reporting that Global Agenda from indie game developer Hi-Rez Studios will officially launch on February 1. Previously the game had a less specific first quarter 2010 release. The February 1 launch date puts it in direct competition with Star Trek Online, an MMO which will also official launch on that date.

Hi-Rez has already announced their business model for the game, letting folks purchase the title and play online for free. They cal also choose to add an optional monthly subscription fee that adds more online gameplay modes and content.
