While publisher Ubisoft recently revealed their financial numbers for their last quarter, the company decided this week to release their numbers for the first half of their current fiscal year that ended on September 30. Unfortunately the company experienced a loss of 52 million euros for the time period (about $72.8 million). That compares to a profit of $33.6 million for the same period a year ago.
Even though the first half of Ubisoft's year wasn't all that great, the publisher has high hopes for the second half of the year when games like Assassin's Creed 2, Splinter Cell Conviction and the game adaptation of the movie Avatar will be released.
