Last year developer Haemimont Games and publisher Kalypso Media released the historical strategy-sim game Grand Ages: Rome. Today word from Kalypso Media has come of an upcoming expansion pack to the game, Reign of Augustus. This expansion is due for release in January 2010 and will be available exclusively via download with no retail release planned.
The expansion will include an all new campaign with 12 mission along with six multiplayer maps. Other new features will include new building, the ability to build roads, and a "God Mode" that will allow players to build their Roman city with unlimited resources and few disasters. The expansion will be priced at $19.99.
